Lynn Reichert - Class of 1966

My years at Marion were a wonderful experience and a gift from the Lord. I was a young guy from Northern Wisconsin who attended the Rice Lake, WI Wesleyan church and decided that God wanted me to attend Marion after being at a small Junior College. I was in Marion for two years and it was great. I'm thrilled that you've put together a website so that we "Marion Grads" can share our experiences. Please let me know of any way that I can be helpful to you. I certainly would like to be a contributor. Here are a few facts about the Reicherts.

Being born in 1944, I too will be having my 50th high school reunion this year. I'm wondering where all those years went, but my gray hair and wrinkled brow show me that I'm indeed now a Senior Citizen. God has richly blessed Alice and me and the Glory goes totally to Him. We live in Kentucky and I'm retired after a 35 year long career as an administrator, guidance counselor, instructor in a college up in Wisconsin. Alice, an Indiana girl, the former Alice Helton, who attended Marion College from 1963 - 1966, and I have two children and 8 grandchildren. We live on an 80 acre former horse farm and we love country living. I'm about to complete my PhD in Biblical Counseling and am working as the Biblical Counselor at the Mayfield, KY Church of the Nazarene. Retirement has kept us very busy and we are very fortunate to have 5 of our grandchildren living within just a few miles of our home.

Richard, maybe we can connect 50 years after we attended Marion. Your website is a great idea and I applaud your efforts. Many blessings to you and your family with the realization that, "God is good".
